BPPBJ Holds Legal Drafting Bimtek at City Hall

The Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ) is holding legal drafting technical mentoring (Bimtek) towards the commitment making officers (PPK) under the regional working units (SKPD).

It has been held since today until July 30, 2019 at the Jakarta BPBJ Professional Room, Block H Building, Jakarta City Hall.

BPPBJ Discusses Increasing Role of UKPBJ

Jakarta BPPBJ Head, Blessmiyanda said that it aims to share knowledge on theories, principles and legal drafting rules in the preparation of agreements or contracts for goods and services. 

"By so they can have skills in formulating strategies and contract agreements, negotiating methods, techniques, reviewing contracts and handling disputes arising from contractual agreements to procure goods services between the parties," he expressed, Monday (7/15). 

It is participated by 150 people who have been divided into five classes with a total of 30 people. The first class will take part on July 15-16, second class on July 17-18, third class on July 22-23, fourth class on July 24-25 and fifth class on July 29-30.

Materials given are theory and principle of agreement law, form, type, type and legal requirements for legal agreement for related parties, as well as preparation of contracts as subjects of independent law, contract design and analysis.

"We prioritize committed officials who focus on regional strategic activities as they often provide drafting contracts," he furthered.

Hopefully it could give them adequate knowledge thus they can learn the next contracts to make it better.
